ToolKosh Business Planner exists because many Indian freelancers, consultants, coaches, tutors, local service providers, and small agencies do not have a simple way to find out whether their business idea is ready to test. Generic AI business-plan generators produce long documents nobody reads. Real consultants can be expensive for an early founder. This tool sits in the middle: a 7-minute structured beta diagnostic, free, with output you can act on the same day.

Built in India, currently optimized for Indian service-led businesses. SaaS/app ideas, regulated sectors, product/retail/inventory-heavy businesses, and non-India businesses are shown as limited diagnostics where the current rubric cannot fully assess the model.
