These terms are written for the ToolKosh beta. They are intended to be clear product terms for users and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before broad public launch.
Beta self-assessment
ToolKosh is a beta self-assessment tool for Indian service-led businesses. It works best for freelancers, consultants, coaches, tutors, local service providers, simple service businesses, and small agencies. SaaS/app ideas, regulated sectors, product/retail/inventory-heavy businesses, and non-India businesses receive limited diagnostics.
No professional advice
ToolKosh does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, compliance, or professional business advice. The result is based on the answers you provide and is meant to help you think more clearly, not to replace a qualified adviser.
No guarantee of success
A high score does not guarantee that your business will work, and a low score does not mean you should never pursue the idea. You are responsible for your decisions, spending, compliance checks, hiring, pricing, launch timing, and customer commitments.
Acceptable use
You may use ToolKosh for honest self-assessment and beta feedback. You may not use it to submit harmful content, attack the service, overload the API, scrape results at scale, impersonate another person, or reverse-engineer the scoring system for resale.
Your inputs and our intellectual property
Your business idea and diagnostic inputs remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your business. ToolKosh owns the product name, interface, scoring framework, result copy, and software unless otherwise stated.
Result links and deletion
Result pages are intended to be shareable by link and do not require login in this beta. Do not share a result link if you do not want others to see the redacted result display. To request deletion of your result or waitlist email, contact hello@toolkosh.com.
Limitation of liability
ToolKosh is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, ToolKosh and its operators are not liable for business losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, compliance failures, or decisions you make based on the tool.
Governing law
Placeholder pending legal review: these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, with disputes handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India.
